How much do rebalance and reconnect sessions cost?
A 60 minute session costs £50.
If you would like an initial discussion before your first session, I offer a 30 minute telephone or online call at a reduced charge of £20.
Due to the nature of the sessions, which can include embodiment practices such as visualisation, relaxation, breathwork and regulation skills some people prefer to have longer sessions. This is a personal choice and something we would discuss and agree in advance of the session. If a longer session is required, a 90 minute session costs £70 and a 120 minute session costs £90.

How much do end of life support sessions cost?
As mentioned on the site page, as part of my commitment to the soul midwife movement, I offer an initial session without charge to discuss your situation and the type of support that you need. The length and what we do in sessions, can vary depending on your situation. As a guide, I charge £40 for an hours session, but we would discuss your needs and agree a charge during our initial session.
How often would I need to have sessions?
This is flexible, during our first session we would agree an initial number of sessions and the frequency and regularity. This would then be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the session time there is a charge of 50% of the session cost.
Are sessions online or face to face?
I provide sessions online or face to face. Some embodiment practices are more effective in person, but most things can be adapted for online work. I can use Skype or Zoom for online meetings.
Where are you located?
I am located in the Clarendon Park Area of Leicester. In walking distance of Victoria Park and accessed via the 44, 48, 49 bus routes. I work from home and on street parking is available.
